West Ham 3-1 Hereford

On Valentines Day 1972 a crowd of 42,271 were inside Upton Park to witness this 4th round FA Cup Replay. Thousands were locked out as the game was played on a Monday afternoon with a 1.30pm kick off due to the miners strike.

In this footage we get to see some vintage pictures of Hereford City, then there is an interview with Billy Meadows, and then scenes of the supporters on the train going to London. The match footage follows. Geoff Hurst with a hat trick for the Hammers.
