News Round-Up

Former Bulls defender Keith Lowe has returned to Kidderminster on a contract to the end of the season. Now 32, Lowe was the Harriers' Player of the Season in 2010/11. He left York in December after reaching a mutual termination of his contract. Ex-Bull Jamie Tolley has joined Welsh Premier side Newtown. The 32 year old hasn't played since leaving Colwyn Bay last season.

Truro City say the required ground improvements to their doomed Treyew Road home could reach £100,000 if the club makes the play-offs. They are to leave the ground in the summer but have to extend their seating, dugouts, and fencing to comply with National South ground regulations - and even build a second temporary stand if they make the play-offs.

Morecambe attracted less than 1,000 home supporters for their League Two draw with Exeter last night. Their average attendance this season is less than half of National League clubs, and is down nearly 25% on last season despite being only seven points short of the play-off places. Former Bulls loanee Tom Nichols has rejected a new contract at Exeter and is set to leave when his current deal expires in the summer. The 22 year old was top scorer last term and has ten goals already this season.

AFC Fylde's FA Trophy replay tie against Skelmersdale United will go ahead at the home of Salford Reds rugby league side after the two teams agreed that the £5,000 prize money for winning the tie would go to pay for the rental of the stadium. Had they not found the money, with the game already four times postponed due to the weather, they would have faced a Tuesday night trip to the South Coast to face Eastbourne in the next round rather than a Saturday.
