There are four Midland Premier League fixtures set to take place this evening. Several other 'Prem' clubs have cup games.
Here's the fixture list:
Of most interest to Hereford supporters will be how Alvechurch fare against Rocester who are 18th in the table. On paper 'Church' should take all three points and close the gap between them and the leaders.
1 | Hereford | 24 | 20 | 1 | 3 | 79 | 22 | 57 | 61
2 | Alvechurch | 19 | 16 | 1 | 2 | 54 | 13 | 41 | 49
3 | Heanor Town | 24 | 15 | 4 | 5 | 67 | 41 | 26 | 49
4 | Sporting Khalsa | 19 | 14 | 1 | 4 | 49 | 21 | 28 | 43
5 | Shepshed Dynamo | 20 | 13 | 2 | 5 | 41 | 23 | 18 | 41
6 | AFC Wulfrunians | 21 | 11 | 2 | 8 | 42 | 37 | 5 | 35
7 | Highgate United | 17 | 10 | 4 | 3 | 38 | 19 | 19 | 34 |
Assuming the game goes ahead, whatever the result Alvechurch will have played mid-week whereas Hereford will not have. That could be in Hereford's favour when the two top meet on Saturday at Edgar Street.
