Several managers of rival clubs feel Hereford FC should do well in the Midland League this season.
First Stuart Grosvenor manager of Boldmere St Michaels. He feels Hereford could blow the rest of the competition out of the water.
"Listen, we all know about Hereford and if they get it half right then they will leave the rest of us in their wake - there's no doubting that."
Ian Long manager of Alvechurch feels the title race will be the toughest for years.
"This has got to be one of the strongest set of teams in the league for
years. Everyone is talking about Hereford and they will have huge
support and resources. If they get a good start, they will be hard to
stop. They are the team to beat, but there’s also Highgate, Coleshill,
Coventry Sphinx."
Sporting Khalsa manager Ian Rowe thinks Hereford FC will be the big fish in the League.
"The main talk in the division is of Hereford but there are another 21 sides to worry about."
Andy Morris of Westfields has tipped Hereford to win the League.
"We have seen what has happened to Telford, Aldershot and Chester, but I think Hereford is bigger than all of them.
"They have got a wonderful opportunity to go through the leagues with
their fan base and they've certainly got the players to win the league."
Dave Haywood of Coleshill thinks the League has some fantastic teams in it.
"Hereford is obviously
the one that jumps out the most and it will just be great to be
involved as we take those kind of teams on."
