As promised Hereford FC have sent details of how to apply for shares in the new club to all those who expressed an interest.
The club says that 50,000 £1 shares are available, that's just 10% of share capital.
The minimum purchase is 1000 shares. So, in effect, only a maximum of 50 people can purchase shares. The allocation of shares should the issue be over-subscribed will be decided by the directors.
No dividends will be paid on any shares purchased.
