One of the elderly catering huts was demolished by volunteers over the weekend.

The shed at the corner of Radfords was considered to be no longer fit for purpose with substantial damage to the woodwork.

Rotten advertising hoardings were also removed over the weekend. Plans for the alternative provision of a snack bar are in hand.

Meanwhile, further works to remove asbestos sheeting from the Meadow End have begun today. The works are being done by Metclad, who were announced as the new sponsor of the warm-up kit back in April.
