Stuart Fleetwood is one of six players to be released by Forest Green after their play-off defeat to Bristol Rovers. The Gumpers lost 3-0 on aggregate with the Pirates, who had Danny Leadbitter as an unused sub, set to face Grimsby in the Conference play-off final. The Mariners beat Eastleigh 5-1 on aggregate, with Josh Gowling playing the full game.

Former Bulls loanee Richard Peniket is to miss eight months as he requires surgery on his ACL. The 22 year old Halifax striker missed the last month of the season with the problem after scoring six times in 35 appearances. Torquay have reported a loss of £542,000 for the 13/14 season as they lost their Football League status, with total losses of £2.1million for the past seven years.

Former Bulls loanee Lee Collins has been released by Northampton after their disappointing season. The 26 year old made a total of 86 appearances in just over two years at Sixfields, and was named player of the month for April. Cambridge United have started breathalyzing fans, and say they may eject anyone that is recorded to have double the drink-drive limit in their breath.

The Ryman League play-off fixtures have descended into chaos with the competition suspended after Enfield Town appealed a three point deduction for fielding an ineligible player. One of the sides affected, Margate, say that some of their players are due to go on holiday next week and could miss a rearranged game with the semi-finals originally due to take place last Thursday and the final yesterday.

Kyle Perry is one of five players to be released by Altrincham. The 29 year old striker netted seven goals in 44 games this season, but started only 18 of the games. Nathan Elder has been released by Dover. The former Shrewsbury man, who turned 30 last month, last played for the club in October and has had three different loan spells at other sides this term.

Kidderminster's playing budget next season will be 'less than half' their current budget. The Aggborough outfit were claimed to only be able to afford a £300,000 budget by a former Director, but spent double that this season. Barrow, having returned to the Conference after winning Conf North, are expected to challenge for promotion next season according to owner Paul Casson. The US based millionaire says the club should be capable of finishing in the top half of the table at a minimum.

Southport have announced that Richard Brodie will remain at the club next season. The former York striker scored 13 times in 39 games this season. Tranmere have announced they will charge £20 for adult tickets in their main stand as they begin life in the Conference. In an open letter to supporters, the club justify the cost by saying they want a 'top 4' budget to challenge for promotion.
