Hereford FC have sold 149 season tickets in the first day of sales at Edgar Street.
The figure is nearly 60% of the budgeted figure, with many people coming in to collect multiple tickets for friends and family.
With cash and cheques only being accepted while the phone lines and card machines are put in place in a couple of weeks time, many more people picked up forms to fill in and return with later.
The main foyer is next open for sales on Saturday from 10am to 2pm.
