Nick Nenadich was another of the speakers at this morning's Herefordshire Council scrutiny committee meeting.
Nenadich is a councillor and also a former director of Hereford United.
In his address he concentrated on his work for both football and charity.
Currently he is chairman of UTIC.
Firstly he made clear he had no imput into recent discussions about the leases of Edgar Street.
"I was a director for 18 months and made both donations and loans to the club. It was highly expensive.
"However Edgar Street is a fantastic community asset.
"UITC has around 200 children under 18 on the books.
"The under 18 team is punching well above it's weight. They've taken the scalps this season of Chelsea, Spurs and other league clubs..
"When we started we had nothing in the bank.
"A number of businesses have helped us.
"HUST have supported us as well."
Meanwhile UITC have written a letter to Hereford FC in support of their aim to be awarded the lease for Edgar Street.
