It's possible that Herefordshire Council may release their decision as to who has gained the lease to Edgar Street as early as tomorrow afternoon according to Martin Watson, vice-chairman of the Supporters Trust.
Speaking to Five Live, Watson was asked how the phoenix club front was looking.
"The Supporters Trust members have backed the Hereford FC proposal to form a new club.
"We provided a petition to the local council to get the leases to Edgar Street.
"We have a meeting on Monday morning with the council to present the plan.
"We could know as early as Monday afternoon whether we have the leases or not."
Meanwhile the subject of the Fans Team was also raised.
"We started the fans team in the summer when the boycott was on-going.
"When Hereford United folded we went to Redditch on Boxing Day and on the last day of the season the club was due to go down and play Hitchin.
"Hitchin have got their own problems so their secretary contacted me to set up a game for a bit of solidarity.
"He's managed to get Graham Poll who refereed an FA Cup game between the two sides nearly twenty years ago.
"He's agreed to come out of retirement to referee and I'm glad about that but I'd still like a word with him about that sending off in the replay!"
