Ledbury Town are looking for donations to help them see out the season.
The club's footballing side has divorced itself from the limited company, and will go it alone after the shock discovery of mounting debts last weekend.
The long term future of the club, formed in 1893, remains unclear with negotiations with the owners of their New Street ground still ongoing. However their immediate future requires help from supporters to see out the current season.
Volunteer Richard Thick can be contacted via the @LTFCColts twitter page, or directly by email - thick83@btinternet.com - with any offers of help.
The new volunteer committee have also revealed that the players from their former West Midlands Regional League side, which withdrew earlier in the season, face indefinite suspensions after the club failed to pay fines over the club's withdrawal.
