League Two bottom side Hartlepool United have been taken over by a group with links back to Jed McCrory.
TMH 2014 Ltd are the new owners, a company formed just a week ago, with the sole Director listed as Peter Harris. Harris - announced as the Monkey Hangers' new chairman, appears to run Phoebus Funding Solutions Ltd alongside former Swindon Town General Manager Steve Murrall.
Murrall was a Director of the Seebeck 87 group alongside McCrory that took over Swindon before being ousted from the company during a Court battle with Lee Power. That battle is set to resume shortly after an appeal was lodged.
Harris took over another recently formed company, Blue Husky Ltd, from Murrall - which is registered at the same address as Phoebus Funding Solutions Ltd. Murrall was a visitor to Herefordshire Council alongside McCrory and David Keyte back in February.
Other members of the TMH 2014 group have not been identified as yet.
