Former Bulls defender Byron Anthony has announced his retirement from football at the age of 30.
The former Bristol Rovers man suffered a double leg break in August 2013, and lasted just six games of a comeback the following February, telling the BBC: "Unfortunately I have been unable to get back to the level I was at without getting pain.
"I'm doing my coaching badges... and I'd love to get into the media side of the game as well."
Anthony spent only a few months at Edgar Street, ending the 11/12 season on loan before signing a non-contract deal for the start of the following season. He made 17 appearances in total for the Bulls, scoring once.
