UITC's youth team are due to play Malvern in a HFA Floodlit Cup-tie next Wednesday evening.
It had been hoped that the team would play under the lights at Edgar Street with the gate receipts going to UITC.
However that is looking unlikely as it appears that a safety officer must be present at the game and Hereford United are understood not to be prepared to cover the cost of bringing in Julia Sawyer, their safety officer.
It contrasts with the club being able to find £50,000 or so for Hereford Council for the rent a couple of weeks ago.
