Ian Pritchard, who has looked after the Edgar Street for several seasons, has said he is owed £19K by Hereford United.
And as reported on BN earlier he has refused to cut the grass and mark the pitch ahead of tomorrow's home game.
"The club has promised to pay me my outstanding amounts of £19,000 but they haven't.
"I've got no grievance against Jon Taylor or the players. I feel sorry for them. But their bosses have lied to me about payment.
"I have mortgage payments each month and I'm £19,000 out of pocket.
"I have no respect for the current owners, whoever they may be."
