Kidderminster boss Gary Whild told a fans forum last night that the club was in danger of dropping to part time status if their current financial issues continued.
He told the room that striker Michael Gash had joined Nuneaton on loan to cut the wage bill, and other players would likely follow due to cash constraints at Aggborough - warning fans the situation is likely to get worse before it gets better, with the club already having had a transfer embargo earlier in the season.
Whild also told fans that the main concern was to hit 50 points - and keep their Conference status - despite having accumulated 29 points so far with 27 games left, suggesting that the club needs to restructure to deal with their finances and 'sacrifice' the current season, though he later claimed that the suggestion was to get a reaction from the audience.
