Council 'Conclude' Legal Action Against Club

Herefordshire Council say they have concluded the legal action that began with the attempt to repossess the ground a couple of weeks ago.

Herefordshire Council can confirm that on Friday 7 November, steps were taken to conclude the legal action taken against Hereford United Football Club (1939) Limited on Friday 24 October for non-payment of rent.

The council will continue to monitor the club’s compliance with its obligations in the leases and will consider taking action to enforce any breach.
