Taylor Pleased With Win

After this afternoon's three points against Biggleswade, Hereford United manager Jon Taylor spoke to the Hereford Times.

"I was a bit disappointed condeding at the end, but I thought we probably had about 80% of the ball," said Taylor.

"Last week was one of those games when we were 2-0 up and thought the game would be easy.

"But when you are playing, you have to earn the right.

"I thought we got it right today and looked dangerous on the counter-attack."

Meanwhile assistant manager Neil Phelps also spoke to the HT. He confirmed that his wife had left the club earlier this week.

"I am acting club secretary at the moment until somebody else comes in," said Phelps.

"Laura had her reasons for leaving.

"Some may say they were good reasons, some may say there were not, but it's up to Laura."
