Petition Demand Still Over £300,000

According to BBC Hereford & Worcester, the winding up petition still has sums on it totalling over £300,000.

With six weeks now available to find these sums, HMRC are leading the petition with three other attached creditors. Reporter Phil Maiden said that the trio, who had all sent barristers to the hearing, remained anonymous with only HMRC identified in court.
