Telford have signed former Bull Josh O'Keefe on loan for an initial month.
The 25 year old has not featured in any of Kidderminster's matchday squads this season after featuring in 17 of 18 games he was eligible for last season following his January move from Edgar Street.
He joins up with former Bulls teammates Rod McDonald and Sam Smith at the New Bucks Head.
Meanwhile, former loanee Karl Hawley has left Torquay by mutual consent. The 32 year old was transfer listed in the summer and had not played for the Gulls during their return to the Conference.
