Hereford United chairman Andy Lonsdale has confirmed he is now a creditor of the club.
Lonsdale told fans in an official club statement three weeks ago that he had paid the settlement to Martin Foyle and Andy Porter:

The money to pay Martin Foyle and Andy Porter was paid by me as I truly believe in the future of the club.
He has now confirmed to a fan, in his ongoing responses to his new andy@herefordunited.co.uk email address, that this money was handed over in the form of a loan to the club.
