Bulls In High Court This Morning

Hereford United are back in the High Court this morning to respond to a winding-up petition originally placed by former manager Martin Foyle.

At last week's hearing Foyle's barrister asked for an adjournment to have discussions about a proposal put forward by the club to pay what he is owed.

However Foyle's dispute is only part of the amount owed by the club as other creditors have also 'attached' to the petition.

Whilst the total involved hasn't been revealed,  there are suggestions it could be over £500,000. 'Owner' Tommy Agombar reportedly mentioned this figure to supporters at Histon last Saturday.

Given what has happened at previous High Court appearances, it's thought the clubs barrister will argue for another adjournment this morning to give the club further time to come up with a plan to pay creditors.

Whether the Judge will feel they've had enough time already remains to be seen.

Whatever his decision, most supporters of what ever persuasion will be hoping for a resolution this morning.
