Slough Town's official site acknowledges that their fans are in two minds whether to travel to Edgar Street tomorrow night.
The Rebels' fans have been debating whether to stay away from Edgar Street given the ongoing situation. Joint Manager Jon Underwood, writing on the site, commented:
'There has been a great deal of debate around whether the Slough fans should travel to this game and we totally respect whatever decision you all choose to make. We also understand it's a very long way to travel for a midweek game but very much hope that a good number of you can make the trip though for what should be a great game in a proper old league ground with plenty of history.'
The Rebels say they will travel with just 14 players for the match, all of whom featured in their 2-0 win over Burnham on Saturday, with one player unfit and another unable to get time off work. Saturday's game was their first in the third tier of non-league for some years after winning promotion via the play-offs from the SL Division 1 Central in May.
Underwood and fellow manager Neil Baker took the Rebels up in their first season at the club having joined last summer. They forged a solid partnership at Godalming Town, taking several of their charges there with them when they left.
