HUST Members Vote To Reject CVA Proposal

Dear Member,

Following the vote of members as to whether to accept or reject the CVA proposal offered by Hereford United, we can announce that the members of HUST have voted to REJECT the proposal.

92% of respondents voted to reject the proposals. We will now vote accordingly at Friday's shareholders meeting.
