HUISA AGM This Evening

HUISA, the Hereford United Independent Supporters Association, are holding their AGM at the Richmond Club this evening at 7.30pm.

It's likely to be the association's most important meeting for some years, given that firstly the chairman, Keith Dodd, has said he is standing down after a long period in charge and secondly the view of a substantial number of members that the association should consider closer ties or even a merger with HUST, the Hereford United Supporters Trust.

To add to the problems of HUISA, BN understands that no names have been put forward for a new chairman.

If no new chairman can be found, then, in theory, Dodd could be asked to stay on but that seems unlikely given he is viewed by many as being quite close to the new regime at Edgar Street.
