Herefordshire Council say they will wait until September 1st's Court date until deciding what to do about the Edgar Street leases.
In a statement released this afternoon, they said:
The council is aware that the CVA (Company Voluntary Arrangement) applied for by the club has been rejected by creditors.
We understand that the matter is to go back before the High Court on Monday 1 September, the outcome of which will determine how the council proceeds regarding the three leases.
