First Away Point With Late Leveller

Hereford United claimed their first away point of the season after a 1-1 draw with Arlesey Town at the Armadillo Stadium today.

Kelvin Bossman put the hosts in front on 55 minutes before a long range effort from Salvador Ramirez levelled the scores with 13 minutes left. The visitors had five new names on the teamsheet, with four of them starting the match.

Andy Lonsdale was the only representative from the club's board, with John Edwards and Elke Thuerlings now reported to be away on business for a few weeks. The team and 18 fans who booked transport travelled on one bus to cut costs.
