The winding up petition brought by former manager Martin Foyle against Hereford United has been adjourned for a further three weeks.
It's understood this is to allow a CVA to be put in place.
Meanwhile the Hereford Times has reported comments from Cllr Jim Knipe who has supported Cllr Jim Kenyon's request for a 'scrutiny inquiry' about the way the recent 'new' leases with Hereford United were put in place.
“It is important to establish whether a due diligence report was prepared on Hereford United before the leases were amended. If it is proved that no such report was prepared to establish the financial position of the club, then the Council could be negligent in its fiduciary duty to the residents of Herefordshire,” said Cllr Knipe.
