Safety issues at Edgar Street have seen the friendly matches this weekend and next weekend called off.
Sunday's game with an army side, and next Saturday's game with Cardiff have both been postponed with the club failing to prove to Council officials that they could meet licensing conditions.
"You need annual checks and renewals and until we have the correct certification the local authority will not allow these fixtures to go ahead." Marc Willimont, Council head of Enviromental Health, told the Hereford Times.
