A young Irish defender has put on Facebook that he has signed a contract with Hereford United.
Teenager Paul Mahony, who worked with Jon Taylor at the academy he owns in Bedford, has spent many years in Spain after his family moved there when he was eight years old.
Also in the picture is reported to be Salvi Ramirez, a Spaniard previously with one of 361 fourth tier sides (split into 18 regional leagues) in his homeland.
