At Monday's Court hearing, HMRC were present in the High Court having attached themselves to the winding up petition brought by Martin Foyle.
Their six figure debt was added to the petition along with a second creditor. Andy Porter also joined Foyle in seeking payment.
The total amount of the petition, with the two attached debts, is believed to be around £250,000.
