The Insolvency Practitioner Marc Landsman has already received several claims from Hereford United creditors.
Earlier this week Landsman was appointed 'to assist the
directors in the preparation of the Company Voluntary Arrangement
proposal to creditors and to deal with the various meetings for its
consideration.'
Already he has responded to some creditors who have contacted him at - h140904@carmichaelsinsolvency.co.uk
So the message is to get those claims into Landsman as soon as possible. Ensure there is sufficient details to 'prove' any claim.
