Mark Ellis, who now describes himself as a consultant as opposed to director, has spoken to the Hereford Times about the situation at Hereford United.
A few points from the article.
"No one locally came forward to buy the club. They all talk the talk but it’s Tommy who is doing his bit.
"Dave Preedy came in the other day and we need people like him to help the club.
"Anyone you speak to in the right circles in football, will only say positive things about me."
Firstly as probably ever Hereford United supporters knows there was a local offer to purchase the club - from HUST.
Secondly just because Preedy came in the other day doesn't mean he will help the new regime.
Thirdly if Mark Ellis is so well thought of why isn't he working in the Premiership or Championship?
