Hereford United 1939 Ltd are to face the High Court tomorrow in a Winding Up hearing.

It is unclear exactly what the hearing is about. The club are not expected to face court until June 30th for the adjoured Martin Foyle case. Prior to Tommy Agombar's arrival at the club it was expecting proceedings from HMRC for over £100,000, but nothing has ever been published on the London Gazette site.
