According to the Conference, Tommy Agombar has purchased 57% of Hereford United.
He purchased the shares from David Keyte and one other, thought to be Nick Nenadich.
And the club has confirmed a friendly against Cardiff City on July 12th. Kick-off is set for 3pm with admission prices of £10 and £5.
UPDATE: If the Conference figure of 57% is correct then it looks as though Agombar has purchased around 1,100,000 shares.
It had been thought that David Keyte had transferred around £175,000 of his loan to shares and Nick Nenadich around £100,000 of his loan.
As far as is known the share issue is still open for anyone to purchase shares. However given they cost 25p each, it's unlikely many will take up the offer.
