Former Bulls Paul Parry and Chris Weale have been released by Shrewsbury.
With new boss Micky Mellon installed yesterday he has been quick to axe seven players, offering only two new deals. It is 10 years since Parry left Edgar Street for Cardiff.
Parry, now 33, made 42 appearances for the Shrews this term, his second at the club. Weale, 32, was the Shrews first choice keeper for most of the season, making 37 appearances.
