The out of contract 24 year old follows brother Nicky to Scottish football, with the 27 year old having left Motherwell for Rangers last summer. Telford have agreed terms with striker Andy Owens over a new contract for next season, but they have let midfielder Robbie Booth go and allowed Stockport to speak to Russell Benjamin.
