Dear London Bulls,
Thanks for all who voiced their opinion and cast their vote on whether London Bulls should be formally affiliated with HUST.
The result overwhelmingly favoured linking up with the Trust, with 93% in favour and a few more yes votes received after the deadline passed. London Bulls will now take up a liaison role on the board of the Trust, furthering our primary objective of supporting Hereford United as best as we can.
This opportunity will give London Bulls a vote on key decisions made by the Trust. We will also be able to attain information first hand as it becomes available. When discussing this matter with the Trust we agreed that, where possible, we will obtain meeting agendas slightly in advance so London Bulls can have time to get their opinions across. During discussions, we sought (and found) clarification from the Trust that they were aiming to work with the best interests of the club in mind, including its ability to operate as Hereford United LTD 1939.
Before attending Trust meetings we will canvas your opinion in advance and take the consensus view(s) to the board. We are also actively looking for volunteers to represent London Bulls at meetings and voice our opinion. Please let us know if you are interested in this.
