Bulls News understands that the investment deal on the table will see Chairman David Keyte retain day to day control of the club.
The deal is virtually sealed with the London based group investing without taking a serious interest in the running of the football side, preferring to focus their attention on the redevelopment.
It is understood that the process to appoint a permanent first team manager is already underway, with Peter Beadle not part of the plans despite holding strong support amongst the fans.
