Hereford United have failed to reach agreement at present with Martin Foyle over the outstanding winding up order.
Representatives of the consortium who have taken on a major shareholding in Hereford United have failed to reach agreement with Martin Foyle over a settlement to bring to a close the winding up petition by former manager Martin Foyle.
Negotiations have continued throughout Friday, but no agreement could be reached. Club representatives will now go to Court on Monday to ask for an adjournment that would enable negotiations to continue.
