In his post match interview with BBC Hereford and Worcester, Martin Foyle felt that the recent wet conditions which had disrupted training played a part in the 3-0 defeat by Woking.
"We haven't trained on grass," said the Hereford United manager.
"We've had to scrounge bits and pieces.
"To be honest we did look leggy.
"There were three or four I could probably have taken off at half-time.
"But I can't make excuses because they were by far the better side.
"Very disappointed but I've got no complaints, Woking were the better side by a million miles.
"For me their front two, Rendell and Marriot, fanastic loan signings.
"That's bolstered their squad. They certainly look a hand-full."
