Luton have signed Welling defender Fraser Franks for an undisclosed fee. The England C man, 23, has spent the last 18 months with the Wings after leaving AFC Wimbledon. Alfreton have signed striker Shaun Harrad on a deal to the end of the season. Harrad, 29, left Bury earlier in the week after playing 18 times in League Two this term.

Former Lincoln defender Moses Swaibu has become the third player charged under the match fixing investigations. The former Crystal Palace trainee has played for Sutton and Whitehawk in Conf South this season. Lincoln have loaned striker Adi Yussuf to Harrogate for an initial month. The 21 year old has already had a month in Conf North with Gainsborough.

Southport have signed goalkeeper Alex Wimmer on non-contract terms. The American 23 year old has been playing for Droylsden after trialling with Everton in the summer following a move to the UK. Welling have signed midfielder Josh Wakefield from Bournemouth on a month long loan. The 20 year old's only first team experience this season was in a loan at Dorchester.

Aldershot have signed striker Josh Scott following his release by Dagenham. The 28 year old scored twice in 14 games for the Daggers this term, also having a loan spell in the Conference with Ebbsfleet last term. The Shots have also handed midfielder Jaydon Gibbs a contract to the end of the season. The 24 year old had originally joined on non-contract terms in September, making 10 starts and six sub appearances since.

Lincoln have missed out on the signing of midfielder Shaun Whalley, with the Luton man opting to join his former Southport manager Liam Watson at Telford instead.
