The new Edgar Street leases are set for completion, according to a club official.
A post on Bulls Banter by the club's hard working media guru, Jamie Griffiths, says: 'The leases are currently all agreed, typed up, and awaiting the signatures, then all will be official.'
The post also says further info will be released during the day.
The leases were originally reported to be set for completion in November when shareholders agreed to the new share issue. The date has repeatedly slipped into the New Year, and from the 10th to the 13th and then the 'week of the 13th' with discussions proving to be slightly more complex than first anticipated.
With the Bulls expected in the High Court in eleven days, news of the signatures will be a welcome relief with the impending telecoms deal due for completion in association with the new terms.
