HUISA are to take up a role with the club's board, it has been announced this morning.
A club statement, on the official site (link) reads:
The board of Hereford United are delighted to report that the Hereford United Independent Supporters Association (HUISA) have accepted an invitation to join the board at Edgar Street.
The independent supporters association will take a place on the board with the aim of representing supporters views at boardroom level.
HUISA committee members as voted for by HUISA members at their annual AGM will share the responsibility of attending board meetings on behalf of the organisation.
It is currently unclear quite what the role entails, as only named individuals can be directors of a company.
