Cirencester boss Brian Hughes has told the local press that he is delighted that Jamie Edge has joined the Bulls.
The 21 year old has signed, according to the official site, a short term non-contract deal with Hughes telling the Gloucestershire Echo:
“We are disappointed to lose Jamie as a player, but we are delighted for the boy because he deserves another shot at the pro game. He was extremely down in the dumps before he came to us and we promised that we would put a smile back on his face and get him enjoying his football again.
“He let his football do the talking and he’s got another chance and I am sure everyone at the club is extremely pleased for him as he’s a smashing lad. He goes to Hereford with our blessing, and it’s actually a nice little pat on the back for the club and for Kevin and me and that’s great as well.”
