World-Wide Interest In New Shares

Hereford United chairman David Keyte has said that there is 'world-wide interest' in the new share issue.

"We're excited and pleased by the interest shown from both current shareholders and supporters who are keen to buy in to the future of their football club," Keyte told the Hereford Times.

"It's heartening to know there are plenty of fans out there who want to help us secure the long term future of Hereford United.

"A main priority for the club is to see a return to the Football League.

"We must build the infrastructure that will help provide a stadium that we can be proud of and provide the necessary funds to support Martin and the team..

"The share issue will help us achieve those goals."

Meanwhile director Colin Addison has also backed the share issue.

"I do feel a little optimism in the air and therefore I encourage those who can and want to buy in when the new issue becomes available next week," Addison told the OS.

Finally director Nick Nenadich has tweeted that the club had three enquiries about the share issue this afternoon.

"They reflect real fans desire to be part of the Bulls Story. We want the terrace man to be in the mix! This is a community club !," he 'said'.
