News Round-Up

Kettering's winding up order has been rescinded after an agreement was reached over a repayment plan. The Poppies now have 28 days to cover the debt to the company running Nene Park, or they will return to court. Alfreton defender Nick Fenton will be suspended for three matches after his dismissal at the weekend. The 33 year old had been ever-present this season after a summer move from Morecambe.

Lincoln say they will fully support Gainsborough in their appeal after the Conf North side was thrown out of the FA Cup after the FA found they had not correctly registered an Imps loanee. Gainsborough say they registered Jordan Thomas with the Conference and FA at the same time, but the FA failed to confirm the deal.

Accrington boss James Beattie says his side are in a 'serious situation' after defeat at the weekend left them seven points adrift of safety in League Two. Beattie's side has recorded only two draws in their ten games this season, scoring just six times. Gateshead have signed keeper Alex Baird on non-contract terms. The former Newcastle trainee, 19, spent last season with Dundee without making an appearance.

Dartford have signed striker Matt Godden on a months loan from Scunthorpe. The 22 year old scored five times in 10 Conference games on loan at Ebbsfleet last season, but has made only three sub appearances for the Iron this term.
