Keyte Agrees To Hold Shareholders Meeting

Following suggestions on BN and elsewhere, Hereford United chairman David Keyte has agreed to hold a shareholders meeting.

The meeting will take place in the Starlite Rooms on Wednesday May 22nd at 7pm.

Shareholders will be asked to approve a new share issue and a new debenture scheme.

There will also be an update on the financial situation.
