Mansfield were crowned champions of the Conference after a penalty gave them a 1-0 win over Wrexham to seal top spot. Kidderminster's game with Stockport was held up for half an hour after Stockport fans invaded the pitch when the Harriers took the lead. Kiddy will face Wrexham in the play-offs with Newport facing Grimsby - a game that took place today with the Mariners winning 3-0 with both sides resting players.
Down the bottom, Stockport went down regardless of their result after all the teams they could catch won. Gateshead won 2-0 over Ebbsfleet in front of 532 at Middlesboro's Riverside ground, Tamworth beat Woking 2-1, and Lincoln thumped Hyde 5-1 to make the Hatters' result irrelevant.
In other results, Braintree won 1-0 at Barrow, Alfreton beat Forest Green 2-1, Nuneaton won 1-0 at Dartford, Macclesfield beat Cambridge 2-1, and Luton won 3-1 at Southport.
In League Two, Aldershot will go down if they fail to win their final game despite beating Dagenham 1-0 today. Barnet beat Wycombe 1-0 to be three points clear of the Shots going into the final day, with a worse goal difference. Wimbledon also need a final day win to survive after a 2-2 draw at Gillingham as their goal difference is, at minimum, 13 goals worse off than any of their rivals.
