Hereford is facing more than 36 hours of rain ahead of Saturday's game with Hyde, according to the Met Office.
Rain in the city started around 9pm and is expected to continue - heavily - through Friday and into the early hours of Saturday when heavy snow is expected to replace it. Light snow will greet Saturday morning up to kick off, when sleet will kick in.
Temperatures will not drop below freezing, but there will be winds around 30mph through most of the next two days.
